There is no support desk. There is only the network, and the people who keep it running.
PhantomNET is a non-profit project. If you would like to help or support the people who run it, please consider donating in any way you can. A little goes a long way — $10 USD could pay for another server in a common location for a year. $50 USD is enough in unusual locations. All donations go toward improving the network.

If you are looking for hosting providers for your own servers or VPSes, please consider using these affiliate links. They give indirect support to PhantomNET at no extra cost to you.
If you have a stable server or VPS you aren't using, that's just as useful as money. Reticulum is built for low-bandwidth links, so it doesn't use much at the current network size.
- Roughly 1–2 GB per day of data transfer on a busy node.
- 512 MB RAM is plenty for the base Reticulum software.
- 1 GB RAM if you also run I2P and Tor on the same host.

The project isn't something that takes up a lot of time — it's a configuration file here and there, a page edit, a script when a script is needed. But there are things that could be automated, scripted, or done better than they currently are.
If you have skills that might be relevant — systems administration, Python, frontend work, writing, translation — don't be afraid to send a message to the admin.

You can also leave a message on the network's message board if you have one set up in your NomadNet client. Somebody might get back to you. Or might not. It's a small network.
